Your data, on one table.
Most privacy policies are written to be skimmed past. This one starts with a table you can actually read in a minute, then fills in the details underneath for anyone who needs them.
Effective 7 October 2026

Who is responsible
The controller under Article 4(7) GDPR is WASIK COMPANY SP Z O O, Ul. Warsztatowa 9/19, 26-600 Radom, Poland. These terms cover visitors to this website and anyone who contacts us through the brief form, by phone or by email.
What we never do
- Sell personal data, or use it for third-party advertising.
- Take card payments on this site.
- Ask for passwords or identity documents in the brief form.
Who else sees it
Nobody receives your data for their own purposes. A few providers handle it on our instructions, and only as far as they need to:
- the hosting and content-delivery provider, including protection against attacks;
- the service that receives the brief form and passes it on to us;
- the email and project-management tools our team works in;
- our accountant, and public authorities where a law obliges us to disclose.
Each is bound by a processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
Leaving the EU
Some technical providers run servers outside the European Economic Area. When data is transferred there, it is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.
Cookies
Only those the site needs in order to work, which require no consent under Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law. If we ever add analytics or anything else non-essential, it stays switched off until you agree, and this page is updated first.
Security
Connections are encrypted (TLS/HTTPS), only the people who need enquiries can see them, and the systems we run are kept up to date, as Article 32 GDPR expects. No transfer over the internet is perfectly safe, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Complaints
You can complain to any supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), based in Warsaw.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
When our processes or the law change, so does this page. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
